Cha Kai 137 — Booking & Order Policy

Please read before placing your order:

Booking confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after full payment and confirmation of availability.

Payment: Prepaid orders only. Cash on delivery is not available.

Cancellations: Change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted once your booking is confirmed, except where required by applicable law.

Returns & exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Unboxing video required for claims:
Please record one clear, continuous, unedited video showing the sealed parcel, shipping label, opening process and all items received. A complete unboxing video is required when submitting any claim for damage, defects, missing items or an incorrect product. Keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved.

Availability:Pieces are subject to availability. If a paid item becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
